Interviewed with the hiring manager via zoom video call. The conversation lasted about 1h. The manager was nice and asked very standard questions. Not much about the job was actually shared. Was told HR would be in contact soon but ended up waiting for about a month.

Very laid back. Asked me about my hiring status and why I left my previous job. They explained the role and responsibilities of the job. Asked me about my educational background
Two round interview. One discussion about resume and the other more deep details about the job. Discussion about how you create relationships with customers and how you deal with difficult situations
