Interview
I got a reference from my agent. Then I am asked to go to their office at Dundas to have an interview. The interview is with the hiring manager and a software developer. The manager was very nice and he asked me some general behavioral questions. The developer is the guy who will ask you some technical questions, but apparently he is not prepared for this interview so the questions he asks ranges from Unix commands to Java frameworks, basically whatever comes out of his mind.
I answered about 60% technical questions. However, I didn't get the offer. I think they want a guy with more experience.
