Interview
HR person was friendly. She made me feel comfortable. She asked basic behavioural questions like:
1- What are 3 main qualities a CSR should have?
2- What differentiates you from our other candidates? In other words, why should we hire YOU?
3- Why do you want to work at CIBC?
4- Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (I'm pretty sure no one dreams about being a CSR when they're young, so even if it's not what you want to be doing longterm, you best not tell them you're going anywhere)
