Applied on the CIBC website, got a phone interview from HR, followed by a 20 minute virtual interview with the hiring managers, whom I eventually worked with. Only 2 rounds of interviews,

Mostly behavioural questions: Why are you interested in Project Management, why CIBC? I don't recall any technical, but they valued Excel skills.
