First step was a teams calll with the hiring manager to ask the basic questions, my work experience and where I saw my self in 5 years. Then a 45 minutes interview with the team lead. He asked about 3 questions and asked me to do a project retrospective on the spot. I was ghosted for a month and got a rejection letter when I reached out for an update
