Walk through resume, interest in lending, where did you hear of CIBC, discuss experience, why credit, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc. No technical really.
Was offered full-time position. Took away position week later leaving me in the dust. Completely unprofessional and you would expect different from CIBC. Would avoid the lengthy interview process. Waste of time and energy for all.
