Interview
The first round consists of 30 mins of behavioral questions, questions about how comfortable you are with Python and MS Excel, and what experiences you've had collaborating with teams etc. After that there was a PowerPoint presentation which you had 48 hours to submit, and a 1 hour Excel test - which was a little difficult, so I'd suggest brushing up on Excel skills because there isn't much time to look up different formulas
