The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Very friendly interviewers. They try to make sure you are not nervous before the interview. They started with basic questions so that you get eased into the interview. starting questions would be like 'walk me through your resume', 'why do you want to join TLAP' etc.
Then come more specific questions and if you are qualified, you are called for round 2.
In round two they ask behavioral questions as well as test your presentation skills.
within 2-3 days, they will inform you if you are selected or not.
describe key skills from your resume/cover letter, e.g. give specific examples of leadership in your previous role, give specific examples where you were under stress and managed it etc.
Given a scenario (they will give you this scenario beforehand for second round), prepare a one pager presentation slide and deliver it during the interview.
Interview Process was behavioral with few scenario based questions. Questions asked were how would you handle a policy conflict etc. The interviewers had blank faces with no expressions. I learnt that I missed telling them the right stories related to my past experience in a right way. If you are prepared with the stories in STAR format, then you have a good chance.
