Interview
First met with the VP of leasing and asked what my goals and ambitions were. Then I met with the general manager who asked my background and it was overall a very pleasant experience. It was more about if I was going to be a good fit for the company rather than focusing on my resume.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CIM Group in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was great until I got to the last interview with the regional manager. Recruiting did a phonescreening and I was sent to a corporate office for an in-person interview. There was a hiccup with security but that was quickly resolved, my in-person meeting with the property manager went well. When I had my interview with the regional manager things went downhill. I had a scheduled video interview where nobody joined the call for 10 min. After 10 min somebody from the central team joined the call and rescheduled. I felt disrespected during my rescheduled interview because the regional manager did not turn on his camera and I had a video interview with his blank screen. I did not receive a rejection email or any communication after my interview. Property manager and recruiting team are fantastic.
