Interviewed with Sr. VP, as well as HR Manager, VP of HR, and a Director from another department for a promotion. I was already employed at the company so I did not have to go through the phone screen, initial HR meeting, background check, Wonderlic test, and drug test that all new employees must go through.

I was asked a bunch of situational questions as well as some goal oriented questions. How would you react to an irate customer? What would you do if your customer wants A but the operation only has the capability to deliver B? What are your goals for the account in the next 6 months, 1 year, 5 years?
