I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at CJ Logistics America (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process was long and drawn out. I was contacted in Aug. for a phone screen by the VP of HR. I wasn't contacted again until September for a phone interview with the Regional HR Manager. Then in October after emailing a follow up to them, they wanted to bring me onsite for an interview. Then a month later they flew me out to Chicago for an in person interview with the new VP of HR. I received an offer probably about a week later.

Sr. HR talked about the job and didn't ask many questions. She talked robotic. Also, spoke negatively about previous HR employees. Have you take aptitude test. Very big into the scores, I think.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CJ Logistics America
Interview
Bad. I had to take the Wonderlic twice; the first time was on-line, and then, after I apparently passed, I had to take it again in person to show I wasn't a cheat, I guess. The recruiter insisted on getting my salary range before the in-person interview, which I would have preferred to wait on until after finding out if the job was a fit. She also seemed either annoyed or suspicious of my referral, for some reason, asking, "what's up with that?" When I was invited back to interview in person, it was with a more junior employee who seemed ill-prepared and talked about how often they have booze in the office. I did not get the job, which in retrospect was probably a good thing.
