There was 4 interviews all about 30 minutes. I didn't even meet with the scheduled 4th interviewer because they were at a new location. Interview process was smooth until the 3rd and 4th interview. The 3rd interview was really weird I'm not sure what the title of the 3rd interviewer was but the fact he didn't know what DPMO was made me question if this company is really trying to lean out it's operation or bring someone in that is very experienced with lean or six sigma. Anyone who has basic experience in lean knows what DPMO is. Also you would never blame the person for bad numbers you always blame the process and try to fix the process with the associate so everything works out well and you develop a great relationship with the associate so the operation can improve. Lean and six sigma is a culture and they are very far away from that and I don't think they are actually trying to go that way. They have the information but I don't know how they use that information.
