I went through the basic Fork lift operator hiring and interview process. Having had no experience but passed test was hired. I was able to move into a support role and then promoted to manager. The interview process for the manager position was much more involved. I was interview in ascending order by direct manger, his manger and the facility general manager. Each was a little more difficult.
