Interview
There was an initial phone screening to review my experience and briefly evaluate my analytical ability/problem-solving skills. We also talked about the firm, the interview process and my personal interests. About a week before the next round, I was given a data challenge consisting of a large data set (about 2GB) and a corresponding business problem (with context, field descriptions, etc.). The goal was to provide a solution using insight derived through data analysis and represented using visualizations/explanations of methods used. I then presented my analysis during the second round, consequently demonstrating my competence in data science techniques as well as my ability to talk through the data and my reasoning. I also interviewed with a few more people, including one of the partners and a director. These interviews were more or less similar to the first round and offered me the opportunity to learn more about the firm, the type of projects they typically have, etc. Overall I really enjoyed the interview process and especially the data challenge.

Good! Pleasant interviews and kind staff. Helpful overall in the process. HR could've been more communicative. Interview process was a bunch of interviews in person but fairly easy. Data science more than tech I is a strength

Basically the interview process was relatively normal with the following 3 steps:
1.- Phone Screen
2.- SQL challenge interview (live)
3.-Data Science Challenge using Python and visualization tools (5 days to send the response)

Question 1
The interviewer asked about my SQL level and my past experience as a DS.
Remote onsite interview with a principal and an engineer. Both were pretty snobby about their work, which didn't seem that interesting to begin with. Total waste of time. This company seems directionless and after reading more reviews on this site I bowed out of the process.
