I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was really unique and fun. My first interview was on campus and the second round of interviews was at their office from 10am-6pm. I was really nervous at first, but the recruiting team did a great job making me feel more comfortable by sharing their experiences at the firm, and additional information. I interviewed with several partners and other upper level managers. Everyone is super nice and wants you to feel comfortable. Some of the interviewers were harder than others, be sure to come prepared with at least good questions. After interviews were over, we went bowling and played laser tag which was super fun.
