I applied through a university site and had one interview on-campus. I had a second interview in the Downtown Minneapolis office. The first interview was more basic getting to know me and telling me about the company and career paths. The second interview was with 4 partners from different industry areas asking more about my experience and why I would like to work there. It was still casual and more like a conversation. After this I had lunch with a senior to learn more about the company and ask questions. Overall, I feel I was led on because I didn't receive an offer. When I asked for feedback about improving I was given a vague answer about long-term fit with clients. They did not really specify what was wrong.

I went through 2 interviews. The first one was a phone interview and was asked basic general questions about my experience and what I was looking for in the job. My second interview was with a senior auditor and a manager from tax. It was very chill and they both asked me simple questions. Each interview also lasted about 30-45 minutes.
