I Applied through linked in and company's website. I got response for the application in 15 days it was quite quick, they send me an email for the acknowledgement of application and provide me their time schedule to select the date and time for the virtual video call .

Very transparent. Good response times. Everyone was very friendly. There was a portion of the second round interview where i was told that there would be a large portion of time reserved for me to ask questions to the employer, what I wasn't expecting was for this part kicking off the interview. So while I had questions prepared I was caught a bit off guard and I felt like there wasn't much opportunity for my questions to evolve.
