Interview
Only had one interview which was virtual with two people, they initially asked me two questions, then the rest of the interview was more of a conversation/chat and them telling me about CLA. They also left a lot of time for me to ask them questions. Overall it was a very friendly, easy-going setting and they called me with an offer an hour after.

Kind, nice and good quality questions. Just a basic question you can guess. Recommend to prepare before interview. Two step interview. One with human resource team and other with manager

It was nice, more like a conversation about my resume and me as a person. I feel like it was to check to feel out my personability and they asked some of the typical interview questions.

Interview
Completed a phone screening consisting of tell me about yourself, weakness/strength, why are you interested in the firm and accounting. Got set up with 2nd interview via teams with 2 other recruiters. All were very friendly and engaging. Seem like they were actually interested in getting to know you and gave feedback and their own personal experiences.
