I interviewed with CLA after completing an application, 1st round was with the recruiter which was just an into about myself, skills and CLA. Second interview was with the director which ended up being rescheduled because of an emergency with the director, but wasn't given any notice until I messaged the recruiter so that was a bit odd but no worries it was rescheduled and I was moved on to meet the team. After meeting with the team, which I thought went well, I was told I will hear within a couple of days and since then nothing but silence. I even sent a follow up to thank them and see if a decision has been made and still nothing but silence. The crazy thing is they were so proactive in scheduling my initial interviews just for them to completely blindside me . I guess this is the norm now for these companies? I'm not mad I wasn't selected but being left in the dark and no idea what happened is very rude and unprofessional! it's not like it was just 1 round, you seemed interested until I have no idea what happened....
