CMA CGM IT Digital Project Manager interview questions

Interview was difficult, not because I don't know my stuff. But rather, because the interviewer doesn't seem to know what she wants out of the role. Questions asked were like ideals and theories rather than real world applications and existing solutions in the market, whether by established companies or start-ups. The flow certainly did not align with what I had prepared for. It really felt as if the interviewer was waiting for an "a-ha" answer rather than verifying the candidate's experience and capability and assess whether the candidate is suitable for the position. I'm pretty sure I applied for a Project Manager role, which is what I have been doing throughout my career and not some CDO or Director position. I felt that her questions were all misdirected and inappropriate for the role I'm interviewing. It was a disappointing interview that was a total waste of my time.
