Normal process. HR is very helpful to coordinate the interview arrangement. After tel interview, hr invite face to face interview in office Hiring manager is delay around 15 mins and Hr dial in to the interview. Both hiring manager and hr do not prepare for the interview and read the CV. Entire interview is forcing on understanding my current company strategy instead of focusing on my application
