There were 5 rounds, and it was most behavioral. The only technical aspect was researching into the product and providing insights into the industry, so no true technical skills required
Relatively straight forward, 4 different interviews with other analysts and two directors. No real surprising questions, just make sure you demonstrate your interest in derivatives and commodities. Specifically, have some knowledge of the NY coverage and what products trade out of that office.
I had five separate video interviews. Some 1:1 and some group interviews. It took about 3- 4 weeks to schedule and have all the interviews. All video given that it was still Covid.
