Was contacted by their HR team in London and had a pre-screen call with them. Went well, basic questions to ensure that I understood the role and that I had the high level experience needed to move towards interview process. Then next call was scheduled with direct line Manager. Good experience. Felt more like a conversation than an interview (with a barrage of "interview questions"). Next interview was with another team member. Provided good insight into the "day to day" tasks. Last interview was to be with the Sr Manager, however did not make it to the final interview.

Phone interviews with three executives at the company as well as a personality assessment. Phone interviews were pleasant and not intimidating. Having not taken the personality assessment previously, I was a bit apprehensive, however it was painless.
