Interview
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Computer Methods International (Toronto, Ontario) in April-2019.
I had an initial phone call with the Hr. Then she provided me the link for the technical test. I did the test and after that, she called me again with a few more question regarding the resume. The day after she invited me for an onsite interview with 4 people including her(HR).
I had 3 rounds of interview. The first one is written the test (Second test). The other 2 was a technical interview with two managers. The manager asked me to send my transcript and other information to Hr. The HR did not respond after the interview. I tried to follow up with her after a week but no response!!
Sends link first before even checking resume. I don't think they want people to have a good experience with them, judging by their product, which is not up to date.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do spend time reviewing candidate resumes prior to sending out any assessment links. Our intention is always to make the interview experience as smooth and respectful as possible for every candidate. We'll be taking a closer look at how we're structuring our process to make sure candidates feel valued from the very first interaction. We wish you all the best in your job search.

Interview
Applied in January but didn't have my first screening scheduled until August, a 7 month wait. The HR contact cancelled 40 minutes before the screening call claiming to be sick, then rescheduled. She didn't join the rescheduled call, forcing me to email asking what happened. After passing screening and a manager interview (also rescheduled when he no-showed), I interviewed with the account management team and the COO. The interviews themselves were enjoyable and everyone was personable and engaged. However, the hiring process was severely disorganized. I was told mid-interview with the COO that I'd been interviewing with the wrong team and would need to speak with a different department instead. Two weeks passed with no follow-up. HR then informed me they'd hired someone else. Throughout the process, communication was sporadic and coordination between teams seemed non-existent.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly just vibes and behavioral stuff, asked about my previous roles and what I did in them. No technical questions or case studies at all, just conversational questions about my background and fit.
I was asked a couple of basic math questions, followed by more questions that resembled an IQ test. Afterward, I had to complete a detailed personality test assessing various traits.
