There were too many interviews. They waited too long to provide an offer. The offer was lower than expected. I Accepted offer from another company while waiting. This was very disappointing.
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in the hiring process. For our Support department, we typically have 2 interviews and then a final brief meeting with the COO. The two interviews allow the Support Managers to meet with the candidate and determine the best fit for team so that the designated Team Lead can meet the person in the second interview. The quick discussion with the COO is just to learn more about the person's interests to see where they might fit in as they develop in the company. We try to provide offers that are in line with the market and the relevant experience and expectations of the applicant. We will continue to assess our hiring process to look for ways to improve.
