Interview
CNA came to my college during one of our career fairs where I got a chance to speak to one of the recruiters. After a brief conversation which went relatively well I was told I would be contacted later for a on campus interview during the coming week. The response was prompt we set up a time to interview the following week in which I was interviewed by 4 (2 at a time) different people who were all recent college grads and had been through the training program or just completed it. They said they would be in touch during the coming days which actually turned into weeks (yes weeks of not hearing back, I actually thought they had moved on with other candidates). Finally got called for a final round interview in their headquarters where I was interviewed by 4 different people back to back. As the interviews went on it became much more apparent that this job was not for me (it seemed like the interviewers were emphasizing the front facing aspect and less the analytical). Ultimately did not get a job offer, but the only negative experience was the length of time it took for them to contact me regarding decisions.
