Interview day was Friday, with a networking reception/dinner the night before at the hotel where candidates were staying. Breakfast with the candidates at the office, welcome from a leader. Assigned a buddy with another candidate to take us from location to location. Four 30-minute interviews, very behaviorally focused questions that tied in with our resumes. Finished with another speaker and a lunch.
