The interview process consisted of two rounds. I had a 30-minute call via MS Teams with the hiring manager to discuss my background and the role. Then I attended an in-person interview with the hiring manager and one team members. The entire process was well-organized and professional.

Straight forward process. Met with a team and had a great conversation as opposed to the standard interrogation of how many times did you fail, what makes you so good, etc. Talked about the role and the objectives for the position. Also talked current projects and was given a demo of one of the apps created by the team.
