I was screened over the phone, and invited for an interview almost immediately. I interviewed one-on-one with the head of the residential location I would be working at. I heard back about a week after the interview, once my references had been contacted. They asked relevant questions in the interview! The questions were focused on how well I was equipped to handle the position, which I appreciated. It felt like they were trying to really figure out if I could do the job well instead of simply if I knew how to practice standard interview questions.
