Call was schedule on weekday. They forced to come on working day as they do not work on weekends.
One of the worst interview process.
They call you for a scheduled interview, then pass you a paper test. No matter if you have 8+ years of exp, you still have to face that paper test. Even if you answer all questions, they will flood you with more till the time you quit.
And the person who is checking your paper might be a 3-4 yrs exp guy, as they dont have more exp guys than that. He might ask you more technical. Their paper test consumed 5 hours. almost 10-12 logical sudo codes were answered by me.
It's more like harrassing yourself at the best, than facing an interview.
Then in the next F2F round, they ask questions related to your technology. But if you give a solution which they don't have thought of OR which they do not want, then again they will yell at you with cross question. In my case, most shocking was that the technical interviewer asked me salary, in which I replied to discuss this in HR interview. On this answer, he started more asking next questions arrogantly.
Even then he could not reject me, so next was HR. HR negotiated on my current offered package, and told me that what I am overpaid currently.
If you cant afford people then, why do you call them and spoil their whole day in your unnecessory process ? I further got another offers 20% above their offer.
