common technical test for all that includes er diagrams say for student mgt or railway reservation .also some mathematical ability questions and then programming ability questions as find second second highest in an array.find a number in an array without sorting it or using loops and find occurrence of a word in an file and list it frequency and find an exra number that exists between two aray write query optimisation for a given query.

no propeper management, people who have ref. they get paper to modifie ans also paper and modified.
recjected people should know they are rejected personally pls dont shout and anounce their names and tell them ha ha ha you rejected... it herts.
