Till now the interview process was fine, after cracking the puzzles I was asked to wait for some time and a guy[probably frustrated with life] came in, I think he had no experience in recruitment earlier . [he was like "mmmmm... okay...what should I ask you ... annnnn(waited for minute then his mind clicked him to ask the silly question like )...okay what are pointers in C ?:I answered him very well Then again he went in the same pattern "] I felt a kind of arrogance while he was judging the answers. Like I said he asked me about C pointers[where as the position I applied was for PHP ], C array pointer concepts .Some silly algorithmic questions[to which I got tired]. I answered them rightly but I think either he was confused with his own concepts or he was testing my confidence ! After that round he asked me to build an application purely in javascript to store the items[with image]in the browser's LocalStorage . After sending them the code, they asked me to come for final round in which the same frustrated guy was sitting there with my code to review. And that is it . During this whole lengthy process of 5 rounds [Without asking questions related to required position] they did not even bothered to see my resume and ask some questions related to that. The results are still pending but because of that arrogant interviewer at senior position I am afraid to join this organization.
