Interview
I applied through naukri.com. I went for the interview and they gave me 5 programming questions. The questions were tough for freshers. Only experienced people started writing those programmes. They asked if you can solve 3 100% then only solve otherwise thank you. Many freshers like me left without writing any program.

2. print first non repeated letter from string eg. in INDIA, N should get printed.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CONTENTSERV (Mumbai) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process consists of 3 rounds.
First, the written programming round. There are 5 questions. You must solve as many as you can. Questions were based on recursion, array traversing, and string manipulation. Not a difficult round to clear.
Second, the technical round. Here, you will be asked questions on Java and DBMS(along with SQL queries), and a few programming questions (again!). Questions are of medium difficulty, but some questions are tough. In this round, you will also be asked many puzzles, which are quite tricky and you need patience to solve them. They are solve-able though, no out-of-the-box thinking is required. A tad tricky and little difficult round to clear.
Third, the HR round. If you get here, you are almost selected. The HR will ask you many questions about your life, family, friends, etc. and if you can manage working for 12+ hours in the office. This round is basically to test how much stress you can handle. The HR will try to grill you and make sure you lose your cool, but you just have to keep calm and answer every question confidently. That's all it took for me to get selected!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
1st Round: Traverse array without using any iterative loop.
1st Round: Consider an array of 5 elements. You must create a new array such that at a given position 'i', the number should be product of all elements of original array except the 'i'th element. You have to solve this in least number of iterations possible.
