An in-person interview at the clinic with the clinic manager and PT at the clinic. Interviewer was easy-going and answered all my questions. Good pay packages, continued education, and flexibility in scheduling.

Q: Are you okay with patient-PT scheduling flexibility and working in a team environment?
Very easy. Only one interview followed by a day of shadowing to see patient flow and documentation system. Met the whole staff who were very welcoming. Overall easy and stress free.
