Interview
I applied online. After a few days, I got an email from the store manager asking to schedule a phone interview. This one lasted about 15 minutes. The person was very nice and asked some basic questions. The most important ones were why you want to work at COS. So it's better to have some knowledge about the company. She also asked me about the availability. Then I got the chance to do a face-to-face interview at their office in a week.
Two persons interviewed me and they asked me a lot of questions, very basic questions. They seem to want to know more about what kind of a person you are and how you understand the role of the position.
