I applied in Sept 2021 for COS London as Project Coordinator, The process took 2 weeks. The first stage was an excel test. I was successful and was then offered an interview with Manager and Team member. The interview went well and the interviewers were very kind, bubbly and the interview felt very informal and more like a chat to get to know me. They explained about the role in a bit more detail also. I was then informed they had a high number of applicants and they had gone with another candidate. Good experience overall and informed at every stage.
