Process was straightforward and lasted 3 weeks from the time I submitted my resume via LinkedIn. After submitting my resume I was contacted via email in 3 business days by the CTO. She scheduled an interview with me for the next week. During the initial screening the CTO spoke with me. She was personable and shared more about the organization while asking me questions about my understanding of the org and interest. At the end of 10 minutes I was scheduled for an on-site the following Monday. During the onsite interview I spoke with two people on my would be team and two people higher up in leadership. Everyone was personable and the interviews felt more like conversations than a grilling. I was contacted with the offer the same Friday and accepted.
