The position caught my eye on LinkedIn. After a bit of research, I applied online and heard back from the company a short time later. After the initial phone screen, and over the course of about a week, I had the opportunity to discuss my skills, the company's needs, and what I could do to help with a number of folks at Cota. The employees that I spoke with were pleasant and engaging during our discussions, and I enjoyed speaking with everyone. I had an offer the following week, accepted the position, and I've been enjoying my time here ever since.
