Interviewed with two managers at COTA. Both people I spoke with were pleasant and welcoming. Completed a take-home assignment as the second part to the interview. HR/Recruiting was really quick in responding to follow-up questions via email.

I applied online. Got an email from someone a few days later to schedule a phone interview early the following week, and interviewed with some people from the team. The interview was pretty straight-forward, and mostly asked how my experiences pertained to the job. Everyone I talked to was really nice, and the response time was very quick.
