COTA interview questions

I had three phone calls, lasting an hour-plus per call, with 3 members of the C-level staff. Each person was personable, obviously intelligent, and enjoyable to speak with. And then they went radio silent. I inquired multiple times, and received a brief communication that I'd have a status update in the next 8 days. That didn't come. The company is geared towards adding to the treatment of cancer; a noble cause. However, they need to better respect their applicants. Anyone who spends multiple hours interviewing with your company deserves the respect of at least knowing where they stand, regardless of the answer.
