I had a screening call with the recruiter on a Monday. The questions were easy, they were rather standard, and I found the interview accessible. We ended the call with them saying they will let me know the outcome by the end of the week. They haven't called at all. Although it's pretty clear they don't want to progress with me (which is fine), I find it unprofessional for COWI not to follow up on an interview with the outcome.
