I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at COWI (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Speak with 2 VPs and the then president. They had a friendly discussion at their individual offices. Nice company, nice people. Tour of the office. It almost appeared that are they not asking me questions because they don't want to hire me. But actually they take your resume pretty seriously and if you have a good educational background or experience you are already half way through the door.
