Interview
The interview process was well organized, professional, and welcoming. It started with a team's interview with the recruiter, followed by another interview with the HR Manager and HR Director, an on-site interview with the HR team and department leaders. I also received a tour of the facility and had the opportunity to meet several members of the leadership team. Throughout the process, communication was timely, and everyone made me feel comfortable while providing a clear understanding of the role and company culture.
