There was several months between the time I had applied on line and the first interview. Either they found someone and it didn't work out or other tasks took a higher priority. First there was a phone interview, then had 2 in person interviews with HR, Supervisor and Operations Manager. Found some of their questions challenging because the responsibilities were more in align with a Supervisor, not a team leader.
