Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 phases of interviews. The first phase was a brief interview with an HR representative to get a basic feel for how I would mesh with the company. The second phase was an hour long interview with the prospective manager and lead developer on the team. The third phase consisted of a lengthy interview with the development team involving software engineering and coding questions. The fourth phase was an interview with the VP of Development.
Three interviews, two of them being with the team members and one with human resources. First interview is a get to know you and your experiences interview, second interview is technical interview, third interview with human resources is a personality type question interview.
