I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CPI Card Group (Denver, CO) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was a normal interview. No issues, I felt at ease with the interviewer. She introduced herself and asked me some questions about my resume. We took a tour of the floor and she showed me some of the jobs I might be doing.
The interview process was well structured and made me feel as if this company wanted to know my abilities and strengths. Starting with the pre interview I was asked about my experience and felt confident before my interview.
