I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CPI Card Group in Mar 2025
Interview
The CPI Card Group interview process was a phone screen with HR representative, then interview with Hiring Manager, and then a team interview. The team interview was a great opportunity to learn different perspectives of what the role impact will be and also learn about the culture of CPI Card Group.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked that I present how I would manage a certain scenario they provided prior to the interview and then asked questions specific to my presentation.
The interview process was pretty standard for 2025. There were multiple rounds and a presentation. I don't think the pay was enough to have multiple rounds for an interview. My biggest issue is that I was ghosted. I don't mind not being selected, but don't ghost me.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CPI Card Group (Littleton, CO) in Mar 2013
Interview
No phone screens, just one all-day onsite marathon interview.
I showed up never having spoken to one person over the phone. I started at 10 a.m. and had non-stop interviews until 4 pm. No lunch break, no refreshments. I finally had to ask for a bathroom break.
I aced every interview. After it was over, I never heard from them. No courtesy phone call, no email, nothing. They wouldn't even return my phone calls.
Don't even bother applying to this company.
