CPKC Union Office Position interview questions

Behavioural interview. They want examples of what you have done not what you would do. Followed by personal information type questions. It took place in a conference room with 2 managers and one person from the Union on a conference call. Entire process took about 30 minutes. 3 weeks approximately later I received an email with an offer letter.
