      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CRB (Omaha, NE) in Feb 2019

      Interview

I was contacted through a recruiter who put me in contact with CRB. Within connecting, I had an interview set up within a week. After the interview I had the CRB recruiter contact me saying the regional manager wanted to do a phone interview. That was scheduled two weeks after the first interview. Both interviews went great and got a good feeling about the company and what the career path I could take. After that interview they wanted the vice president of the region to do a phone interview. That, unfortunately, did not happen due to his schedule so i conducted my third interview with the CRB recruiter. In the end, gave me a verbal offer and said I should be receiving an official offer in the mail. That took two weeks to get to me. During that waiting period, I was told I would be doing a fourth interview with the onsite client. Which confused me as I thought I had already had a job offer. But after clarification, they wanted to make sure (due to the job role) that I was a good fit for them. After receiving the offer I accepted it and started a couple of weeks later. Overall a fair interview process. The CRB Recruiter's phone number that I was given, his voice mail referenced a personal business he had, which was confusing. Would have appreciated better communication especially since my offer had some technical difficulties in getting to me. After being with the company for some time now, I am glad I accepted the offer despite the not so great interview process. People are great and lots of potential within the company.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CRB (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2019

      Interview

Several interviews with people from different parts of the company. Great questions and the interviewers really wanted to get to know you,However, the manager who was interested in hiring me did not follow the companies recruitment procedures. At each turn, I was being told that I would be starting soon and that an offer was coming. At the last minute, 4 days before I was set to start, instead of an offer I got a phone call stating that I wasn't qualified due to a lack of Industry experience. I cant argue with that, this was a referral from a old colleague, but they should have made that determination much earlier in the process. I feel I have wasted three weeks of looking for other positions due to the manager not giving me all the information needed. Although the experience has taught me a lot about what i am now looking for and who I want to work with.
