Submitted application online. Heard back from a recruiter within a week or two. First call with recruiter went extremely well and a second call was setup with managers/current employee in position. Interview also went very well with them asking me management and experience questions for the first 30 min. The last 30 min I asked them questions. They're huge on their "core values" which is extremely ironic because I was soon after completely ghosted by the company. The recruiter would respond only after I emailed her multiple times two weeks later to which she finally said "they're re-evaluating the position and its responsibilities but we're still considering you for the position." I waited three more weeks after that. Called the recruiter and left a voicemail. Nothing. So... extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity here from CRB. I expected much more from them.
